Welcome to Ohana

Rest. Reset. Rejuvenate.

One of the greatest lessons Mother Nature teaches us is that restoration is part of our natural rhythm. The trees shed and bloom again. The earth moves through seasons. The ocean rises and falls. And our bodies, too, are constantly changing, adapting, releasing, and restoring.

Hi, I’m Alyson Lee, the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist behind Ohana Wellness.

Ohana is more than a relaxing massage. It is a space created for women, by a woman, who understands women.

Women carry, create, nurture, love, lead, and pour so much life into the world around them.

That’s where Ohana comes in.

I understand that you are always becoming. You move through cycles, transitions, growth, uncertainty, joy, grief, change, and renewal. Some seasons feel gentle, while others feel like storms. As resilient as our bodies are, we also deserve to give ourselves intentional rest-to pause, restore, and simply be.

My intention is to create a nurturing space where you can rest and receive while reconnecting with yourself and trusting your own process.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Albuquerque School of Healing Arts, where I developed a deep appreciation for holistic wellness. My education allows me to approach massage therapy with a deep, healing, and integrative focus-not only to relieve tension, but to support your body’s longevity, vitality, and overall sense of well-being.

Whatever season you are in, you don't have to rush through it.

Let Ohana be a place where you can pause, breathe, receive, and remember that restoration is something your body already knows how to do.

Welcome to Ohana.
Come rest. Come reset. Come back to yourself.
