One of the greatest lessons Mother Nature teaches us is that restoration is part of our natural rhythm. The trees shed and bloom again. The earth moves through seasons. The ocean rises and falls. And our bodies, too, are constantly changing, adapting, releasing, and restoring.

Hi, I’m Alyson Lee, the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist behind Ohana Wellness.

Ohana is more than an affordable, relaxing massage. It is a space created for women, by a woman who understands that caring for yourself is not a luxury—it is part of coming home to yourself.

Women carry, create, nurture, love, lead, and pour so much of themselves into the people and world around them. And sometimes, the woman who is caring for everyone else needs someone to care for her.

That’s where Ohana comes in.

I understand that you are always becoming. You move through cycles, transitions, growth, uncertainty, joy, grief, change, and renewal. Some seasons feel gentle, while others feel like storms. Through every season, your body is communicating with you- and you deserve a place to slow down and listen.

My intention is to create a nurturing space where you can rest, reset, and rejuvenate while reconnecting with your body and trusting your own process.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Albuquerque School of Healing Arts, where I developed a deep appreciation for holistic wellness. My education allows me to approach massage therapy through this holistic lens- to integrative healing and focus not only on relieving tension, but on supporting your body’s longevity, vitality, and overall sense of well-being.

Whatever season you are in, you don't have to rush through it.
